Levels of Service

These are the main packages we offer to landlords, but we’ll always be flexible and can create a bespoke package just for you. Give us a call or drop us an email to discuss your specific needs and we’ll do our best to create a package that works for you.

Letting Only – 7.2% of annual rent (INCLUDES VAT)

Our Letting Only service includes the following:

  • Free rental valuation with free home staging advice
  • Professional quality photographs
  • Creative and well-written marketing materials
  • Sharing of the property with our tenant database
  • Advertising on our own website, social media and the UK’s number 1 property websites Rightmove.co.uk, Zoopla.co.uk and Primelocation.com
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Feedback after every viewing
  • Vetting prospective tenants including professional referencing
  • Tenancy agreement
  • Collecting first month’s rent and crediting to your bank account (less our fees)

Optional extras:

  • Inventory – ranging from £99 – £179 depending on the size of the property
  • EPC – £95
  • Gas Safety Certificate – £79
  • Tenancy renewal fee – £75

Rent Collection Service – 9.6% of the annual rent (INCLUDES VAT)

  • Free rental valuation with free home staging advice
  • Professional quality photographs
  • Creative and well-written marketing materials
  • Sharing of the property with our tenant database
  • Advertising on our own website, social media and the UK’s number 1 property websites Rightmove.co.uk, Zoopla.co.uk and Primelocation.com
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Feedback after every viewing
  • Vetting prospective tenants including professional referencing
  • Tenancy agreement
  • Collecting first month’s rent and crediting to your bank account (less our fees)
  • Monthly rent collection and processing
  • Crediting rental payments to your account
  • Tenant rent chasers as required

Full Management – 12% of monthly rent (INCLUDES VAT)

  • Quarterly property visits (with first inspection after 6 weeks)
  • Arranging property repairs
  • Arranging for the renewal of the tenancy agreement

  • Deposit resolution
  • Updates on current legislation – stay compliant!
