Very highly recommended. Great friendly staff who really know how to market a property to its full potential. Mine was a very unique and challenging property. Having spoken to a number of agents their opinions on how to market it and how much to put it on for differed wildly. Angela at the Personal Property Shop had a great plan from the outset. I received an offer on the first day it was on the market. The PPS helped all the way through to completion. Absolutely fantastic service. Buying or selling they would definitely be my first choice.

We had a house to sell as part of an estate administration. The house had been for sale with one agent for circa 4 months, with little interest shown, then another agent for 5 months, also with little interest. Then The Personal Property Shop took on the house. They suggested a little rest from the market and took photographs that showed the house in a better light, they also rotated the photographs that appear on Right Move to keep it fresh. Almost immediately the house began to attract viewings and offers and sold very quickly for a better price than we initially asked for.

Excellent service from the beginning. The photos taken by Angela showed the house in its best way. Despite a long process to complete our sale and purchase, Angela and Anna were supportive and professional througout. We could have used a cheaper online agent but preferred to support a local business able to give a personal touch. Highly recommended.

Angela, Anna and Sandra were fantastic when we sold our property through them late last year. Firstly the pictures Angela took were brilliant and really showed our house's full potential. All of the girls were excellent at getting us viewings and passing the feedback on to us. Even after we had excepted an offer, Anna was amazing at making sure everything went through smoothly and was even happy to chase up solicitors for us when needed. Overall the girls were highly professional and always happy to go the extra mile, I would most definitely recommend The Personal property shop to anyone looking for a pain free move!

I found It quite stressful deciding what estate agent to choose to sell my property. We needed a quick sale and the agent seemed very genuine so we started our process. Highly recommended – we consider the commission we paid to The Personal Property Shop money well spent! As we had a fairly unique property to sell, we initially tried a supposedly “top-end” traditional estate agent but the results were very disappointing – they just wanted to sit back and do nothing and after 5 months we had got nowhere. When we moved to the Personal Property Shop it was so easy to see and feel how different their approach is. Angela and her team are a far cry from estate agents who think all they need to do is add a fuzzy photo or two to the internet shop window and then leave everything down to you. They really understand how to get the best out of on-line marketing – including the need for great photos and punchy information. Better, they kept their promise of at least weekly updates throughout the whole process, so we felt confident we knew where we stood, taking lots of the stress out of the process. Months of hardly any viewings and no acceptable offers from a traditional high street agent. Multiple viewings and four asking price offers within two weeks of starting marketing which led to a successful sale with The Personal Property Shop. No comparison!

Me and my wife bought our first house through them nearly 3 years ago. Very helpful, friendly, quick at getting back to you wouldn't highly recommend using them to sell your property no matter where you live. We bought a house in Harlow through them. Highly recommended

Our property needed some creative input and Angela provides that very well. The standard of photography is way above that of most competitors and there is a lot of thought put into what makes a property attractive to a buyer. Whilst you offer a great service to landlords/lady’s etc ... what about the Tennant ? I feel extremely let down by your service and the lack of response to resolve any dispute. Service is questionable at best !
